Before the flight, you’ll receive a flight number, arrival time, and a reference number that identifies your puppy. We take care of all the arrangements, and all you need to do is pick up your puppy at the airport—just like picking up a passenger—using the provided airbill or reference number. Shipping is completely safe and hassle-free, and puppies usually arrive within 24 hours of shipping, depending on your location. We use airline transportation because it is the fastest and safest way to deliver our puppies, especially for long-distance or out-of-state families. Each puppy travels in a customized, airline-approved plastic kennel, designed according to the puppy’s size, weight, and the journey’s length. Every flight is accompanied by a professional nanny who personally looks after the puppy throughout the delivery process.

Our shipping crates are clearly labeled with “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers and marked with all relevant details, including the destination airport, confirmation number, and your contact information. Before shipping, we help puppies get used to their travel crate by allowing them to play and rest in it beforehand. We include food and plenty of water inside the crate to keep them hydrated and comfortable during transit. This also ensures that if a delay occurs due to connecting flights or overnight stays, the puppy remains safe and cared for.
